I'm very interested in figuring out the correct process for doing this since I will then be able to determine, find, and download the correct drivers in the future whenever I run into this situation again. I also tried searching for just certain portions of these hardware ID's but also didn't get any results. What you need to do is identify the devices first.
However, there are so many drivers available and I'm not sure exactly which drivers I need to download and install for these devices that appear with yellow exclamation points within Device Manager. and have entered in the service tag number for this laptop.

This laptop has the Windows 7 32 bit operating system installed. This is for a Dell Latitude E6420 laptop. You can use Tribus' recommendation above, and take that information to, and usually get a good hint as to what it is. FYI - I just got notification that all Windows 8 drivers for my laptop where release today. Under the 'Application' heading and then the ST Microelectronics- Driver.
